Is it safe to move during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Although there is some risk involved, we have put in place measures to ensure that both our staff and clients are protected. Here are some of the protective measures we have put in place:

Masks, gloves, and other PPEs have been proven to reduce the risk of passing the coronavirus from one person to the other. We provide our staff with adequate face masks, sanitizers, and gloves during the move. Upon request, we also provide shoe covers for them to wear when getting into your house.

Since the virus can survive on surfaces for hours, we regularly disinfect our trucks, offices, and equipment. We also do not use reusable boxes or containers to pack your items.
- Virtual assessment
We no longer visit our client’s premises to provide moving estimates. This is done via our virtual portal which works the same way a zoom video call does.
- Suspending services to coronavirus hotspots
For everyone’s safety, we have suspended services to areas that have had spikes in the rate of infections. Clients affected by this directive are notified beforehand and their booking rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Daily monitoring
Our staff is constantly monitored for coronavirus symptoms. Those found with symptoms are sent on mandatory quarantine and are only allowed back once they’ve been cleared by a medical practitioner.
